Sarah Collins has shown her paintings and artwork in individual and group shows at galleries, colleges, churches, restaurants and art centers. She has been commissioned by numerous clients wishing to purchase art for their homes, offices, and to give as gifts.
In addition to creating her own works, Sarah currently teaches adult, teen and children's classes and workshops through the Parks and Recreations Dept. of the ciity of Aurora, Colorado and through The Other Side Arts of Denver. In the past Sarah has taught painting classes for teens and children at the Minnetonka Center for the Arts in Wayzata, MN. She has also given art lessons to residents at Sunrise Assisted Living Center in Minnetonka, MN.
Sarah received her Associates of Art degree in Secondary Education from Laramie County Community College in Cheyenne, Wyoming and her Bachelor of Science in Art Education, with an emphasis in 2-D art from Chadron State College in Chadron, Nebraska. She now resides in Aurora, Colorado.
